T9phone is a proof-of-concept, end-to-end encrypted voice calling service. Calls are placed within closed groups using T9 nickname dialing. The service is provided for demonstration and evaluation purposes.

T9phone does not support calls to emergency services (such as 911, 112, or any other emergency number). Do not rely on T9phone for emergency communications. Always keep an alternative means of contacting emergency services available.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. There is no service-level agreement and no guarantee of availability, uptime, or call quality. We may modify, suspend, reset stored data, or discontinue the service at any time without notice or liability.

You must be at least 16 years old to use T9phone. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at t9phone@protonmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

You agree not to use T9phone to:

• break any applicable law or regulation;
• harass, threaten, defraud, or impersonate others;
• send spam or make unsolicited bulk or automated calls;
• infringe the rights of others or distribute malware;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure;
• resell or commercially redistribute the service without our written permission.

T9phone is currently provided free of charge as a proof of concept. Where paid plans are enabled, payments are processed by Stripe and any applicable fees, billing cycle, and refund terms will be presented to you before purchase.

The T9phone name, software, and content are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer any ownership to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, T9phone and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or communications, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes are reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms. Questions: t9phone@protonmail.com.
